Global information

The positions of all clan members can be seen here.
Every person, using our forum or being in a relation to this clan, will be called "player" in the following text.

Global forum rules

Any player, who wants to register and take part in our forum-community, must accept all our forum rules.
Though we prefer that everyone is registered, every player is allowed to post as a guest, if they have not (yet) got a registered account.
If a player breaks the rules, the player will be warned, or gets more punishment, depending on the extent or times he has broken the rules.
These punishments will be proclaimed by the leaders of the clan.
Every player is allowed to register at the forum, as long as his/her chosen name corresponds with the name he/she uses in the game.
The names being chosen for the registration aren't allowed to contain racial, discriminating or swearing parts.
Once registered it isn't allowed to post or answer existing posts as a guest; you have to use your registered name.
Double accounts are prohibited (Forgotten passwords can be reset by the leaders of the clan or by the forum form).
A guest always has to enter his/her name; if not, the post will be deleted.
Racism, discriminating and swearing is prohibited in these forums.
The only place where people can make fun of each other or swear in a funny way is the flame forum part.
Breaking these rules could result in getting a warning, or even a ban, or other punishments ruled by the management.
Topic title and description are also affected by these rules.
People may write anything they want to write, as long as it is in-line with the forum subject, and it follows these rules.
Every clan-member has to visit the clanpage and forum regularly (at least once every day), to get actual information about what is going on here.
Every clan-member has to show his participation in the forums at least once a week (posting or answering to topics).

Global Joining Rules

1. The Nomination:

Clan-members can nominate CLANLESS players for ~|DS|~, by opening a new thread in our member section under 'new member'.
The thread should contain players name, gamestyle, email (and skype account if possible) and all other necessary informations known about him/her.
Other clan-members are pleased to complete these informations if they have useful knowledge about the player.
The player who wants to join has to register at our forum and needs to have a Skype-Account, as this is our basic communication medium.
It would be nice if this player could introduce himself/herself to us in the guest section to get to know him/her better.
IMPORTANT!!! --> To avoid quarrel with other clans, we would appreciate, if the player, who wants to join, has been clanless for at least one month.
A one week poll is opened in the clanintern forum part where all clanmembers can vote for giving the possible new member the possibility to get a test.

2. The Testing:

The testers (at least one leader and 2 clanmembers) will contact the specific player and make a date for the testing.
The test will be on our Fortress server.
If the tester convicts the player to be not good enough, he/she is out of the joining steps and has no chance to get in again 'til he/she gets another invitation or a second test.

3. The Trial-Period:

The tested player is now allowed to wear the ~|DS-T|~ tag, saying that he/she is in verification.
The player has to hand in his Skype nick to the leaders by posting it into our forum and has to give CruZ the needed details for the memberlist.
In this period we proof that the new trial member is nice and friendly to all others and would fit into our community.
This period is scheduled for 3 weeks
After a succesfull trial period the specific player gets the approval from the leaders to wear the ~|DS|~ tag, saying that he/she is now full member of the clan.

Additional joining information

A new possible clan-member must at least be 16 years old to be able to get into the joining steps! We leave ourselve the possibility open to take younger players in in special situations!
Players can only get nominated by clan-members and can not ask to join on their own. Those, who do that all the time, risk to be never nominated or even get a ban!
Once in the steps, the rules of the clan-members count for the joining players as well.
If a player quits the joining process before ending it regularly, he/she will never get the possibility to join again - just like clan-members can only leave us ONCE!!!
A new possible clan-member is always allowed to ask about his/her progress.

Server Rules

Every player is allowed to play on our servers as long as he/she isn't breaking our server rules.
Only the leaders and a few chosen and very loyal clanmembers may use the admin password to change settings on our servers.
Other ingame admins may only use the admin pass to kick and ban other players.
The rules above doesn't count for clan-members. Clan-members aren't allowed to kick clan-mates, whether they are ingame admins or not. Only the leaders are allowed to kick clan-members.
Recruiting on our servers is just allowed with our particularly permission! Otherwise ban.
No bad cursing or cussing!
No discrimination!
No racism!
No sexism!
No bad treatment!
Discrimination or cussing against clan-members results in a quick ban from all our servers (no need to quit shortly after, we have all IP's in our server logs ;) )!
